Reservations Policy::

1.Once your reservation application information is received, after processing it, we will send you a confirmation email and respective quotation.
                                        
2.Retired and pensioned persons that are resident or nationals, should present the required documentation to receive their discount in accordance with the law, based on the rack rate.

3.Children less than 6 years of age will not pay for their stay, but will pay for their consumption.

4.Additional persons have an additional charge of $15.00 per night.

5.The cancellation of your reservation must be done at least 24 hours prior to the start date, otherwise, a penalty charge equivalent to one night stay will be made, according to the room requested in your reservation.

6.Not honoring your reservation will carry a “No Show” penalty charge equivalent to one night stay.

7.No pets are allowed."
